Spring Technology is currently working in partnership with a market leading FTSE100 organisation to recruit a Marketing Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all customer data and segmentation modelling.

You will use data to enhance the B2B customer and B2C end user experiences. Ensure senior stakeholder engagement by clearly and continually demonstrating the commercial benefits of data and customer segmentation.
*Develop the data and segmentation strategy and integrate into all brand marketing plans aligned to business goals. Set clear, challenging goals and ensure they are achieved.
*Continually evaluate all internal systems and 3rd party capability to ensure we have all necessary tools available to support business strategy.
*Continually keep up to date with all industry trends and drive thought leadership within the Division. This will include keeping up to date with the latest digital trends, news and legislation by attending events, subscribing to relevant forums etc.
*Support business decision making and all marketing campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets working with internal colleagues and external agencies.
*Champion the commercial benefits of data and customer segmentation modelling internally and demonstrate return on investment of all initiatives.
*Work in conjunction with the Group Data team to ensure we have the right tools, information and analysis to support Board level decision making.
*Develop the relationship with digital colleagues across the Travis Perkins (TP) Group to share best practice and encourage working together when it makes sense to do so to leverage opportunities.
*Put best practice for data management into place. Advise and guide the business in all aspects of governance and data quality.
*Data analytics and customer segmentation experience
*Strong Excel Skills
*Ideally some exposure to SQL, Business Objects or Qlikview
*Digital marketing experience
*Results driven, customer & business focus
*Strong analytical skills.
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
