You will be part of a successful, highly driven and professional sales organisation. Your role will be to maintain and develop relationships by building on the existing relationships and by exposing new business opportunities. You will be primarily focused on clients within the Public Sector and targeted in line with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Creating sustainable business relationships

Identifying business opportunities and provide accurate forecasting of pipeline sales

Preparing quotes and proposals for customers

Effective customer service

Maintaining all relevant management information systems

Prospecting for new customers

Providing support to the sales manager

Key Performance Indicators - KPIs:

Pipeline development and forecast accuracy

Customer satisfaction and account management

Account planning and development

Proactive new business wins

Accuracy of work

Revenue performance against target

Professionalism

Skills/Competencies:

An entrepreneurial spirit and determination

Confidence and a strong sense of direction

Trustworthy and honest

Excellent communication skills

The ability to operate well and contribute to a strong team environment

Self-motivated

Strong understanding of sales processes

A deep understanding of the need to respond quickly to requests

Good attention to detail

Experience in the Public Sector is preferred but not essential
